Fun 4 Kids ‘Winter Wonderland’ will be held on Friday 13 July 2018 at the beautiful Central Gardens, Paton Street, Merrylands between 10:00am and 3:00pm. This year’s program boasts fun free Winter entertainment ensured to keep all children entertained this July school holidays.

Synthetic ice skating rink (booked out)
Inflatable snow globe
Outdoor winter cinema screening 'Frozen' at 10:15am and 'Ice Age' at 12:30pm
Decorate your own chocolate cake penguin
‘Frozen’ jumping castle
Winter face painting
Igloo café with ice carving demonstrations between 11.30am and 1.30pm
Jungle maze
Pony rides and farm yard animals
Emergency services display
Roving winter magician between 10.00am and 1.00pm

Cumberland Council Resource Recovery – providing a Winter Queen and King Recycling shows
Paint Cumberland Read – providing a reading tent, Poppy the Possum puzzle craft and colouring in
Girl Guides – providing a fun activity
Holroyd District Scouts - providing a fun activity
Tej Gyan Global Foundation – providing a free Yoga workshops for children

Please note that all activities close at 3.00pm. Queues for activities will close by 2:00pm. Some activities have limited stock and may close prior to 3pm if stock runs out.
As part of Fun 4 Kids Winter Wonderland, we celebrate NAIDOC week with a range of activities

Ice Skating
The ice skating rink will operate from 10.00am until 3.00pm. Bookings are essential and tickets are limited. Free tickets are only available for children 13 years or under who live within the Cumberland Council area.
There are currently no vacancies for ice skating. If you would like to be placed on the waiting list please register.
Please note this is artificial ice, not real ice.
Terms and Conditions
Bookings strictly close at 4.30pm on Wednesday 11 July 2018.
Tickets for ice skating are only for children aged 13 years or under who live in the Cumberland Council area.
Limit of 4 tickets per parent/guardian, with one skating session per child.
Parents/ Guardians must be present at all times but are NOT permitted to skate.
Once a booking is submitted, time changes cannot be made.
We suggest arriving at the ice skating rink at least 15 minutes prior to your skate time.
Late arrivals cannot be catered for on the day.
There will be no tickets available at the event.
Tickets must be presented on the day via printed copy or on a mobile device.
