Each valid claim received during the Offer Period will receive one sample of the Neutrogena® Hydro Boost Water Gel 5g sample requested, subject to availability. The sample will be sent to the claimant at the residential address set out in the claim form. Please allow up to 8 weeks for the receipt of your sample. Once any sample has left the Promoter’s/supplier’s premises, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the sample.
The Promoter's decision is final & no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected claims.

The Promoter reserves the right to request claimants to provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated sample delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
