CONTEST RULES
The promoter is the Billie Goat brand, which is owned by the parent company The Heat Group Pty Ltd, ABN 58 092 941 430, whose registered office is at 35 Centre Road, Scoresby, VIC 3179, Australia
Employees of The Heat Group or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition, however it is mandatory to have uploaded a before photograph of your skin condition to receive a free soap, along with an after shot of your skin condition after using the product to be eligible to be considered a winner of one of the 1 x $300 Billie Goat product hamper.
Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via www.billiegoatsoap.com.au/free-soap-trial-for-eczema-dermatitis-and-psoriasis.html. Closing date for entry will be 11:59pm Friday 31st August 2018. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules to the free soap giveaway are as follows: There are 50 individual soaps to give away, there is a limit of 1 soap per entrant. To receive a free soap, the person must fill in all mandatory form fields and upload a "before photo" of their skin condition. The first 50 to fill in the form correctly and submit a photo of their visible skin condition will receive a free Billie Goat Soap in Milk & Honey. The entrant must be genuinely suffering from a skin condition which is clearly visible in the image uploaded by the entrant. The free soap will be sent within 30 days of the entry being submitted. To enter, follow the link www.billiegoatsoap.com.au/free-soap-trial-for-eczema-dermatitis-and-psoriasis.html and fill in required details to enter. Entrant must upload a ‘before’ and tell us in 100 words or less How Does Your Skin Condition Affect Your Life, and if they have Tried To Treat It Before, and to what level it worked to relieve their skin condition symptoms. Entries will be judged on originality.
The total prize pool is valued at up to $1695 including free shipping. Entries must be deemed to be genuine entries. If any entrant is suspected of falsifying an entry or using a fake email account, that entrant will be disqualified.
To enter the competition to win one of 3 x $300 prize packs, the rules are as follows: Entrants must have uploaded a "before photo" previously. Entrant will receive an email from the brand containing instructions as to how to provide an 'after photo'. Entrant must send an "after photo" approximately 2-4 weeks past the date they received the soap. The entrant must describe in 100 words or less what impact using Billie Goat soaps has had on their skin condition. The image submitted must be clear and of the same area on the body as the first ‘before' image in order to be eligible.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen based on their ability to meet the entry criteria by uploading before, afters and the mandatory set of questions. This entry will be judged on the answers provided to the proposed questions. In the instance of a draw, a prize will be given to each person.
The winners of the $300 voucher will be notified by a representative of The Heat Group within 14 days of the closing date, via email, with a promotional code to redeem their prize online.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
